Matt Helmer – The Visionary
Matt has been a cornerstone of Oddity Bee since partnering in 2014. His work ethic is unmatched; he’s the type who stays late to perfect a piece or comes in early to sketch new ideas. Matt’s dedication to Oddity goes beyond just being a partner; he’s the heart and soul of Oddity Bee Ridge until his move to the new Oddity AMI. His involvement in opening Oddity Tattoo Beeridge and then AMI in 2023 showcases his commitment to growing the Oddity legacy. Matt’s work is bold, creative, and always leaving you wanting more. Will Ralston– The Inspirer Will join the Oddity team in 2012 and partnered up to open Oddity UTC in 2019.  He has been the heartbeat of Oddity Tattoo UTC ever since. Known for his dedication to both his craft and his team, Will’s tattoos are not just ink; they’re inspiration wrapped in creativity. Liz Struebing– The Trailblazer
Liz joined the Oddity family in 2016 and became a partner in 2023 at Oddity Tattoo Bee Ridge. She’s the heart and soul of her Crew and brings a fresh, female-led perspective that has invigorated the studio. Jesse Benson – The Creative
Jesse became part of the Oddity Family in 2013. In 2023 he joined forces with Matt to open Oddity Tattoo AMI.  Jesse brought his creative spirit and leadership to Oddity Tattoo AMI. Scott Olive – The Spirit
Scott has been part of Oddity since his apprenticeship in 2007, growing from an eager learner to a partner who embodies the spirit of the studio.
